Dan has a broad practice, providing advice and representation to individuals, businesses, cities, and insurers. Dan also has substantial experience litigating matters in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Dan served as a law clerk for the Minnesota Supreme Court and the federal district court for the Northern District of Illinois.
