Dan Gregerson recently presented a CLE to the Construction Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.  Dan’s presentation covered the topic of a principal who has entered bankruptcy and the impact of such bankruptcy on the rights of both the bonded contractor and its surety.  The presentation included helpful tips and considerations about how the surety and principal can work together to ensure a more productive relationship that protects the rights of both the principal and surety during this process.
