Gregerson, Rosow, Johnson & Nilan is pleased to announce that Steve Tallen has joined the firm.  Steve is the Prosecuting Attorney for the Cities of Medina, Loretto, Deephaven, Woodland, Orono, the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District, and Fridley Housing and Zoning violations and will provide backup prosecution for the City of Eden Prairie.  During his career, Steve has appeared before the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Minnesota Court of Appeals more than 40 times and has conducted hundreds of jury trials to completion.  Steve has also been a frequent lecturer at Continuing Legal Education seminars.

Gregerson, Rosow, Johnson & Nilan, Ltd. is pleased to announce that Benjamin M. Scheel has joined the firm as an associate attorney.  Benjamin graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree from Hamline University.  Benjamin joins the firm after serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Nancy Buytendorp in Winona, MN and worked as an associate attorney at an insurance defense firm in Minneapolis.

Attorney Tory Sailer was honored as MADD Minnesota’s Prosecutor of the Year at their 2023 statewide recognition awards ceremony.  Tory serves as the lead prosecutor for the City of Eden Prairie, where he prosecutes DWI and other impaired driving offenses.  Tory also works with the Eden Prairie Police Department in their efforts to combat drunk driving.  Congratulations Tory!

Gregerson, Rosow, Johnson & Nilan is pleased to announce that Jacob Merkel has been elected as a shareholder of the firm.  Jake practices in the areas of civil litigation, fidelity, and surety law and has substantial experience in the litigation of matters in state and federal courts.  Prior to joining the firm, Jake clerked for the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

Gregerson, Rosow, Johnson & Nilan is pleased to announce that Justine Wagner has joined the firm as an associate attorney.  Justine is a magna cum laude graduate of the Mitchell Hamline Law School and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota.  Justine joins the firm after serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Catherine Trevino of the Chisago County District Court.
